When it comes to fees and financing, nobody likes hidden text and surprises. This is why we maintain 100% transparency in all our costs and charges. However, it is very difficult to diagnose and quote over the phone or via an email when we have not yet seen the tooth in question. We still try to give a rough estimate.

To obtain an accurate quote, we suggest a thorough dental examination where you will be presented with a written treatment plan. It will outlay all costs involved, appointments needed, and time allocated per appointment.

This quote can be presented to your health fund to assess your rebate entitlements and to have a more accurate calculation of out of pocket costs.

In order to provide you with the best possible dental care, we have a policy of payment strictly on the day of services rendered.

HICAPS, EFTPOS, MEDICARE, Credit Card, Cash, DentiCare

HICAPS
Our practice is equipped with a Hicaps terminal for patient convenience to claim for all participating health funds. This will reduce your out of pocket cost for the day.

MEDICARE CHILD DENTAL BENEFIT
We bulk-bill all children who are eligible for Medicare child dental benefit schedule.

CBHS, HCF and NIB PREFERRED PROVIDERS
We are also the CBHS Choice Network Provider and HCF More for Teeth Provider, as well as for NIB, which means maximum benefit for CBHS, HCF, and NIB members with Extras cover when you visit us.

Afterpay PAYMENT PLAN
In addition to DENTICARE and ZIP Money, at Passion Dental we also offer Afterpay as a payment option. 

DENTICARE PAYMENT PLAN
After the treatment plan presentation, to assist our patients with achieving optimum oral health, a payment plan for eligible patients can be arranged with DENTICARE (patients will need to submit an application with DentiCare and agree to their terms and conditions).
